Rules for Nomination
1. You must be the owner of the website you nominate.2. Link us before you nominate, and keep the link up until voting is over.
3. In the nomination form, where it says spaz, put attack, so I know that you read these rules.
4. Your site must be up, not on hiatus or brb. However, a quick layout change(within 24 hours) or open hiatus is fine.
5. Site builder sites are excepted.
6. Piczo, Myspace, and Xanga sites are not excepted.
7. Your website must be in English.
8. If you won in the previous season, don't nominate your site for the category you won in.
Rules for Voting
1. You can only vote for your site once in each category.2. In the voting form where it says otis, put golden retriever.
3. If you try to vote as somebody else to vote for your site, your site will be disqualified.
4. You must have an email to vote. If the email you put in the form isn't real, your vote won't count.
5. You must fill out every category in the form.
